Looks like a 100T mobile crane without the crane. At least fuel would not be an issue. I wonder what the soft bag is on the back ?

eight Grover air horns. You could certainly announce your arrival. I wonder what is under all that bonnet? Maybe a couple of big Detroits or Cummins. You would need a lot of grunt to overcome the rolling resistance of all that rubber particularly in soft sand.

translated from Russian, from
Комплексы арабских шейхов или восток дело тонкое! — DRIVE2 (https://www.drive2.ru/b/532733175940513938/'digest=406-3&utm_source=DRIVE2&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=uncategorized&utm_content=2019-06-14&utm_term=IMG)
the author is wrong, says its a Jeep Wrangler cab , its clearly a UAZ469 , so take the engine info with a grain of salt
Under the hood is a Caterpillar C15 diesel engine with a volume of 15 liters and a capacity of 450 horsepower and an Allison automatic 5-speed gearbox.

The other major thing under the bonnet is probably the fuel tank!

When he pulls in to a parking space at Kmart, how will he see how close he is to the bumper of the car in front of him [emoji23]

Like most people parking at a Kmart (or similar) - he probably won't care :)
