Trailer Tracking

Recently completed a trip towing our caravan, however on return to home and unhitching the caravan, I find that the trailer indicator lights are flashing on the dashboard and the rear view camera is showing the orange target zone and the message "trailer tracking update in progress".
Any clues as to how I might rectify this?
