A note of interest to Sydney TD owners who use Biodiesel :
Yesterday as I was heading out of the city, I thought about visiting the Biodiesel station in Marrivckville. - Still closed after a couple of weeks.
Went to Zoom (Milperra Rd bankstown), and commenced to fill. When full, was letting it settle when I noticed it didn't smell it's normal chips smell. Topping up, I saw it was a normal petroleum white foam and a smell similar to ordinary diesel, but not as harsh. The little cardboard "Biodiesel" sign on the bowser is gone as well.
Queried the console operator who knew very little ( Yes I know, why bother asking, they know FA ) But still Zoom was offering this for 10 cents/ L less than BP next door.
Anyone able to comment on the parramatta road Flemington site?
Does this mean no more Biodiesel?
