Hoping someone can help me, 8 mths ago i purchased a Bearmach AMK style compressor kit from LRDirect to replace the Hitachi unit in my 2010 D4.

the compressor has stopped working (seized) and in the process burnout the earth connection on short power cable that come with the kit (as per the pictures if they upload).

LRDirect want the old compressor back and 20 days to ascertain if it is a true warranty claim. So i purchased a new AMK compressor however struggling to find the power lead, i have taken it to an auto elec however they say it is not repairable, the Landrover dealer wouldn't give me the part number, however said no stock in Australia or the UK for at least 4-5 weeks.

So i thought i would ask, would anyone know the part number or likely source

Thanks in advance

Is there anything to identify it like numbers or markings? I would search Element 14 or RS components.

Looks vaguely like this one : Bosch Sensor connector (https://www.efihardware.com/products/3020/3-pin-bosch-connector-small-series)
152388

Would be worth having a hunt around the automotive sites. Plenty of pics and measurements if you look hard enough.

Might be of some help.

I had a (fairly novice) quick look through Microcat for this but couldn’t find it specifically.

Not very helpful I know but most connector part numbers start with YPC.

I will have another go in the next few days.

All thanks for your assistance, I have had to send the cable and compressor back to LrDirect hopefully they can/will replace the cable, until the D4 will be off the road

Why will the D4 be off the road - for normal driving at onroad height it will be fine as long as the rest of the system is OK and no leaks. I have driven mine without a compressor even fitted for over 1000km and that was with the fuses still in place. Take the relevant fuses out (not sure which ones) and it will not vent or try to self level so will stay at onroad height forever (no leaks of course).
