iPad - PC - iPad DATA transfer

Whats the easiest way to get content from my PC transferred to my iPad (and vice versa).

Hi,
I get my tracklogs etc from my tablet by doing an automated daily synchronization from the tablet's folder to a folder on Google Drive.
I can then access them from the pc or laptop.

If you don't want to use itunes look for a program called ifunbox, works like itunes for transfering and backing up files etc.

We use dropbox to synchronise phones (android), PCs (Windows), and tablets (iPads).

Works well.

I also use FileBrowser on the iPad for dedicated file management between it and my Windows server over the wifi network.
