I've had my D4 HSE MY13 from new, and a few times recently i've had a weird issue occur with the operation of the media controls on the left side of the steering wheel. Pressing the 'mode' button sometimes does absolutely nothing, pressing 'up' which should increase the volume instead changes the mode the audio system is in, pressing 'down' changes the mode instead of the volume (but the opposite direction), left and right buttons do nothing. When this happens, the controls on the actual car console under the screen work perfectly.
Sometimes if i turn the car off then on again it sorts it out, and other times it makes no difference. It doesn't seem to matter if i'm playing music from a USB stick, my phone, the radio, CD etc. It can go months without happening, and this week alone it's done it on 5 separate trips!!!
Any idea's??
