The county has the old style bonnet I think. Look for more than just the sheet that forms it. If it has reinforcing it should take the weight so you just need the mounting.

i take it you dont have roof racks.......
you could fit a dual wheel carrier on the back....but you will probably have to
relocate your tail lights and number plate light to do it legally as the tyres will hide them....
i carry my spare on the roof....if i need to carry two i will put both up there....
if it is for touring it should be ok.....but for serious offroading its a bit too much weight up top....
unless you bonnet was made to carry a spare...
me thinks they are not really strong enough to take the weight....
and neither is the bonnet rod.....
however having said that....
there were spare wheel carrier kits available to bonnet mount
a spare tyre....
i think greame cooper sold them as well as a few other places.....

The earlier bonnet with the braces are more than strong enough to take the weight of a second spare.... That's where I have mine. Make's it a real sod to lift the bonnet though! https://www.aulro.com/afvb/
What I will say about it is that you'll need the single bar/arm as a bonnet support (i.e. when it's open) rather than the hinged type otherwise it will collapse under the load. If you don't have the bonnet with the required bracing, one thing you could consider is getting a second bonnet that does. That way you can just swap bonnets over when you need the second spare (a 20 sec job).

Do you need a full second spare and rim?
Makes it easier / lighter to carry.
Could you just carry a second spare carcus along with tyrepliers, levers and patches ect....
This is what I have done in the past with the Old man. If you need to use the second spare then you generally need to start thinking about reparing other tyres if they are of course repairable.
Handy thing to be able to do.
Just a thought...
Dave.

Hmmm... A little bit more food for thought... I broke 3 rims while travelling through Oz but didn't damage a single tyre or tube. Two of those rims both failed within a short(ish) distance of each other. 8O

i would guess if you damage rims and not tyres something not worky quite right https://www.aulro.com/afvb/
(especially three https://www.aulro.com/afvb/ )
i'm like dave, i carry a second spare tyre carcass, on the bonnett, inside or even double up on a spare wheel carrier.

Yep... Something went wrong. I'm just mentioning it so you don't get complacent and think that rims can't fail. https://www.aulro.com/afvb/
