Just bottled an apple cider using an extract kit plus 8ltrs of apple juice, pre bottling taste is promising.

Cider is my favourite drink. What is the kit? What is the ABV going to be?

Cider is my favourite drink. What is the kit? What is the ABV going to be?Just a brigalow kit which I have used before but found it lacking in flavour, local brew shop suggested using the juice which has given it a much fuller apple taste.
Abv is bit light at about 3.3%.
