The saga of my breakdown is over. Have to say that LR Assist were very helpful, PAG appear not to have put up a warranty fight, and Trivetts were onto it straightaway. The service from Trivetts was infinitely better than another dealer who shall remain nameless.
LRassist/PAG paid for our flights from Mt Isa to Sydney, 5 day hire commondoor, & the 2000km plus tow charge. Can't complain!
It makes such a change from the warranty battles of before, with said anonymous dealer lodging false claims etc.

Good to see, Max.
I'm still waiting for a reply from a dealer up you way about the fact they apparently did some warranty work on mine but didn't update LR's database. As a result the key/lockset number info hasn't been updated. I can't get a new remote for the car unless I replace the lockset - they are tied to the lockset.
Did you know that one of the Spanish words for "STOP" is "ALTO" ?
