Rattle

I have a 2008 Puma 2.4

Under light acceleration, as the revs approach 3000, or when using engine braking on a downhill run, I get a tinny rattle from.the engine bay that sounds a lot like the turbo actuator arm, which has a good amount of play.
It's as though when the revs are up but the load on the engine is light, it rattles.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Turbo heat shields on Pumas often fracture around the mounting bolts?

I removed the heat shield and installed a turbo beanie when I eliminated the cat.
