Hi All,
I am finally getting started on a Disco 1 ute project. I was wondering if anyone can recommend an engineer in the Bayswater area to do the VASS certification for the modifications?

Alan

I've tried a few off the VicRoads list without much success in getting them to call me back. I haven't even been able to discuss turbo conversion of 4BD1 County with them. I'de be interested if you have some luck getting in touch with anyone in the Eastern burbs.

Zcoota,
Will do. I'll start with the guy around the corner from my shed. Fortunately there are a few in and around Bayswater.

Alan

Is that the guy that’s about to retire? Had a guy from Eltham lined up to look at my 101 but it sounds like he’s shutting up shop. Could be more than one though.

Look on the Les Richmond Automotive web site, I spoke to the engineer they use and he approved the concept of a 4BD1 rangie ute.

Personally I wouldn't bother, but that's just me

I’m just a bit nervous about the insurance side of things. I’ve had to make a couple of claims over the years (other people driving my cars) and keep my cars legit
