Haven't seen these mentioned before on here and didn't come up in a search. Longer extended Anti Roll Bar Links for the D2 when lifted.
There seems to be two version: Terrafirma TF220 and Meyle Heavy Duty version TF220HD.
The only listing on Terrafirma's site I can find is on page 83 of their Serious 4WD Catalogue < Terrafirma - Serious 4x4 Accessories Online Catalogue (http://www.allmakes4x4.com/enewz/tfcat2017/html5/) >:
Discovery II set of 4 longer anti roll bar links suitable for fitting with lifted springs
JGS4X4 Land Rover Parts < JGS4x4 | Land Rover Discovery 2 Extended Anti Roll Bar Drop Link Kit - TF220 (https://www.jgs4x4.co.uk/land-rover-discovery-2-extended-anti-roll-bar-drop-link-kit-tf220/) > describes them as:
A set of extended front and rear anti-roll bar stabiliser links.Suitable for Discovery 2 models with a 2-3" suspension lift.
Steering and suspension components are subject to extremely high load levels. Fitting a suspension lift kit is the norm for off-roading but can mess up the geometry of other suspension components. These extended drop links are for 2-3" suspension lifts.
Quality replacement parts, replaces Land Rover part numbers: RBM100223 & RGD100682
Suitable for the following Land Rover models:
Discovery 2, All models with 2-3" spring lift, 1998-2004, Front & rear.

No details on how much longer they are than standard. All four look to be the same length despite the standard ones being longer in the front than the rear.
Currently I run front link pins on my rear after one of the Les Richmond Automotive White Tiger suspension dropped brackets broke. I've also spaced the front link pins 10mm or so.
