Catch can

Have fitted a bigger catch can but can't find anyone who sells suitable hose. The catch can is ~25mm (1") and the rocker cover is 22mm. Where can you get a flexible type oil resistant hose that can be squashed with a hose clamp or stretched to fit?

Reducer fitting.... made for the job. Rocker cover is nominal 19mm btw

Crushing a hose with a clamp will almost always end in failure.

Not sure what catch can your using it but when fitting the Mann Hummel ProVent 200 to my Td5 I purchased some screw in hose barb adapters (the fit into the inlet and outlet on the ProVent) that reduced the hose barb size down to 19mm (3/4”) to match the valve covers hose barb. Nice and neat without having to run two different size hoses etc.
