Fuel leak

Hey guys.
Just bought my son a disco 2, 2000.
Just discovered a fuel leak. Looks like it's coming from the fuel pressure regulator.
I noticed these two little hoses flapping in the breeze. Any ideas, can't find them in the Haynes manual.
