Hi all,

I just bought a MY03 vogue yesterday and the stereo isn't working (which I knew about). It has the factory Amp, GPS, receiver etc all in the back in the boot and there is signs of water damage. I like the idea of replacing the unit to a unit that has apple car play and am happy to do away with all stock parts to do so but also happy to get original stuff fixed. My questions are:

1. is it possible to replace the system without causing problems to the rest of the car i.e other things not working properly such as speakers central locking etc?
2. if that possible where do I start the process maybe auto barn or do I need a landcover specialist?
3. is it likely that I could get the original parts working cheaper that upgrading the unit and if so where could I go to get them repaired?

Thanks for you help.

I'd give Cambo a call in the first instance , even though he is in Sydney ! [thumbsupbig] He will be able to point you in the right direction; he also carries parts etc
