D4 MY2011 Bluetooth hands free phone call volume very low while radio volume OK

Question for the brains trust please
For my D4 MY2011 the Bluetooth hands free phone call volume has become very low while radio volume remains OK - need to turn the car volume up to full for a bluetooth phone call but the volume remains very low - any suggestions as to where to start looking to troubleshoot this please? cheers David

I have this problem too using a generic bluetooth adapter. Call volume just does not get amplified enough. You'll notice on cars that do this well the incall will change to a different scale (1-10) rather than radio (1-40) as it detects the call and amplifies accordingly

The car does have different settings for different inputs.
Just uses the same scale.

Don’t forget to up your phones volume when BT to the vehicle.

My 2011 D4 has exactly the same issue so would be interested to see if anyone comes up with any advise. I’ve had the audio unit replaced when the car was under warranty after fighting for almost a year with LR. Replaced unit had the same problem.
