What is the bright blob going across from east to west above OZ on the national radar loop caused by?

I can only think of some reflection, never seen it before.

Too far north according to a couple of hundred million dollars.

It shows up on 'recents' too.

Reflection of the moon in the sea? Just a guess.
Or aliens sneaking up on us.
But then, looking at world news why would they bother?

Visible again.

National Radar Loop (http://www.bom.gov.au/products/national_radar_sat.loop.shtml)

Starts just south of PNG, goes through Torres Strait across towards Indo. Slightly different arc from the other day.
