Does anyone know if the Tuffand Wheel Winder Adapter:

https://www.tuffant.com/product-page/discovery-4-late-model-1-4-wheel-winder-adapter

works on the Discovery 5? I watched the tyre fitter laboriously wind the spare down and thought there has to be a better way... The Tuffant adapter, a 1/4" drive and a cordless drill would be so much easier - even a ratchet drice would be easier.

Anyone got one and tried it?

Isn't letting someone else do it the best way already?

Anyway, I think there's a post on here somewhere where an adapter made for a D4 worked on a D5.

Edit: Found the post, it wasn't the same but made the same way. Post by juliatea on this (https://www.aulro.com/afvb/l462-discovery-5-a/268002-dual-battery-setup-d5-5-seater-tdv6-where-put-battery-2.html?268002=#post2875352) page.

Thanks for digging that out. I have emailed Tufffant to ask if they know if it will work - much easier than making my own Heath Robinson affair. I just hope they respond.
