Rear aircon

Sorry if this has been covered, but I can't find any info anywhere! I've got a fault code that doesn't clear and no cooling in the rear aircon. 2015 HSE. Any info would be hugely grateful. I'll be traveling from Hedland to Perth over the Xmas holidays via Wyatt's in Gero. If I can't sort it myself any places you gurus recommend?

Not sure if or where you can just check a fuse for this, but I also wonder if somethings come undone/ unclipped (?).
I rarely use mine at present, but we certainly do when we’ve got the animals in the far back.

There is a main wiring loom containing the canbus wiring running under the rear aircon unit. My unit was mounted too low squashing this loom and shorting the canbus to the body seam intermittently. It caused all sorts of issues for me, Except blowing a fuse, which I wish it had, but if your unit is mounted too low or has come loose it may have cut one of the wires completely. Highly unlikely as you would have had all sorts of errors and shutdowns, but worth checking anyway.
