L320 instrument display question

Hi all,
the numbered speedo display on my 2013 L320 goes up in 40 km/h increments (eg., 20/60/100/140 etc), however I can see that there are also 'ghosted' numerals at 40/80/120 etc. Is there a setting that can have these latter numerals also come up in the 'highlighted' display, so that I have a continuous numerical display in 20 km/h increments? I have looked in the Owner's Manual, but can't seem to find anything that suggests I can do this? Or perhaps a workshop/dealer fix? Cheers,

Does adjusting the display brightness make them more visible?

tried that, but didn't bring those intermediate numbers up any brighter. Looks like more investigation in store for me! Cheers,

Is it a full graphics screen? If so then perhaps other designs are available for other models or markets as there are for the MY10-12 L322.
