removal of centre passenger side air vent 2012 Range rover sport

Could anyone tell me how to remove the centre passenger vent? The little slats inside are all over the place, I want to see if I can fix it, if not I need to replace it.
Photos or diagrams would be appreciated.

It's for a 2010; could be the same I think!
