Drop hatch cables and windscreen rubber replacements

Hi forum.. I’m a new landrover owner 2002 HSE, and unfortunately the cables for the drop hatch have rusted and broken.. and the rear windscreen rubber is severely worn.
Looking for the best place to buy parts and if I can’t do it myself; install
I’m located on Sydney north shore.

FRC000040 Cable, Strap Lower Tailgate (2 off) - very easy to replace.

Which rear windscreen rubber? The one that breaks up directly under the glass?
