Headrest Removal

Just trying to remove the headrest on the 2018.

There is no button on the collar, only the button on the side of the headrest and allows you to raise and lower the headrest.

Ive pressed the button on the side and tried with alot of force trying to remove the headrest, not successful.

Ive looked at the owners manual and youre supposed to press both stem collar down and a 2nd person lifts the headrest off.

I tried that but that didnt work also, I dont feel a hidden button or latch when I press down on the stem collar.

Has anyone else tried and was successful?

Im trying to install aftermarket headrest DVD unit but I need to figure out how to remove the headrest first.

Found the answer on another forum.

Just need to figure out how to remove the cover at the back of the seat now.

The poster mentioned 3 retaining clips but doesnt mention where theyre located.

Can you just pull the bottom of the cover back and itll pop out?
