Hi All
I have had this problem of the alarm going off within 10 mins of car being locked, for nearly a year now.
I stopped locking the car, but this drained the battery, as all the computers keep going, until it is locked.....
Its happened since i replaced the drivers door window regulator.
Also the airbag warning light is on.
Have had it into the auto electricians, and they cannot fix the problem.
Dont want to take into the main LR dealers as its getting to old to spend big money on.
Any suggestions ?
Cheers Paul.

Sounds like you have more than one issue. I never lock my car when home (dont tell anyone ) and I've never had a flat battery .

Could be FOB battery getting low !

Also check the bonnet switch ! it might need cleaning or adjusting if loose. Disconnect the switch and see how that goes [thumbsupbig] This fixed Uteman's problems a couple of years ago. [biggrin]

Yes, our bonnet switch wasn't working and the alarm thought the car was not closed. A new switch fixed it.
