Really hard to diagnose without more information, but I would immediately suspect the main battery. Easy to replace with a known good one and check again.

At the very least, list the faults you have that you can’t clear. My crystal ball needs charging.

I do own a icarsoft , which i purchased soon after getting my d4 , i went through and cleared all the faults , in saying that things didn't happen immediately, but from past experience i have learnt to walk away , COMPUTERS , i will now book a gearbox service which i get done every year and is coming up anyway, i love this vehicle after owning other brands i will always buy Land Rover from now on .

As an end result , the motor was down in power that i noticed , i have changed the fuel filter again as i copped a dose of bad fuel 2 months ago and replaced the filter then , there is obviously still some sediment or some thing left , thinking of removing the tank to clean it out .with the new filter every thing is back to normal .
