Wondering if these batteries are worth purchasing for a camper set up? Price seems OK, and 3 years warranty from a bricks and mortar store gives some confidence.

Thought this thread might have had a bit more interest, given the competitive pricing.

While I'm here, if I was to replace my existing AGM in the camper - which is charged by combination of the alternator and solar panel (via a Morningstar PS30-M Prostar 30A) - what would I need to change to charge the lithium battery?

Hi Ranga and I did not want to reply, as a seller of lithium batteries, it does not look good for me and I hoped someone else might have replied first.

But, that battery has pretty weak specs, compared to ever other “cheap” lithium batteries.

The first thing to check with any lithium battery, is the maximum DISCHARGE CURRENT.

This is one of the major advantages that good quality lithium batteries offer.

That one is no better than most AGMs of similar size and it would be useless for running even a mid sized inverter.

Hi Tim - does discharge current rate matter if it's only to run a fridge and LED lights, and/or is it an indicator of overall quality/reliability/life expectancy etc?
