New ratings system could help buyers avoid dodgy builders.

New ratings system has dodgy builders in its sights (https://thenewdaily.com.au/finance/property/2020/01/31/ratings-tool-builders/?utm_source=Adestra&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Your%20Property%20-%2020200208)

Really bob this has been extensively reported in Sydney media and a building commissioner has been appointed.
It is a waste of space on this forum.
If you continue posting general knowledge which is widely reported the mods will start to delete your threads.
Some of your posts from obscure sources are interesting and gain traction but this is not an example

I dont normally open Bob’s copy paste threads as I’ve normally read it elsewhere.

But as I’m scrolling past I do see a couple of the lines of replies.....

Pretty sure this thread meets General Chat guidelines, maybe suggest changing the guide lines, than communicate than start deleting.

Big call to threaten deleting threat that comply with guidelines. I’m not sure one person should decided if a thread will get traction as we all have different interests, what doesn’t interest you may interest others [emoji6]

You could just scroll past...and the thread will drop off the bottom of the page, by posting you bring it to the top again

General Chat
Almost anything goes, have a look and drop in a few lines. Think of it as a campfire chat with the kids around.

You really should leave it to the members to decide that. But I see your point. And I look forward to seeing you apply that to all members who post here.
