Polaris reverse camera

Just fitted a Polaris reverse camera to my Defender 110

what a disappointment

wired up to reverse so when I put it in gear .....I wait .....the little blue lights on the monitor comes on ......I wait .......a Polaris brand name come up on the screen ..........I wait ......I wait ....finally I get my rear vision view

called Polaris they say they are working to it to speed it up ......

prior to this i had a $50 Chinese setup .....put in reverse instantly I get a rear vision view on the monitor .....

thought an Australian company charging 5 times the Chinese price would offer some thing better ..........

can anyone recommend a good quality reverse camera that I might consider

We have a Polaris GPS with two reverse cameras fitted to ours and they work immediately.
One points low at the bullbar, but clicking an icon can change that to the other camera above the rear door of the 110. We can also turn on the high reverse camera while going forwards, or switch to the forward facing camera.
I suggest you go back to the installer and describe the problem.
