G'day Guys,

I have just agreed to buy from a mate a 24 spline Detroit rear locker and maxi axels - now we can have even more fun!!!.

PS Dont tell DiscoWhite yet!!!

Congrats all around... you don't here of detroits going in rovers often but they've always had a great reputation... and best of all... you don't need to decide when to activate and when to disengage ;)

once installed I think we need to go back to the Watagans and do some of those trails again :eek:

this time the Rangie will go up those harder tracks, if not I will have to start looking at Mog axels!!!

I would imagine Whitemans will be harder going up .. I've come down there a couple of times ... (with soiled pants ;) ) but not an issue for traction.

I would imagine Whitemans will be harder going up .. I've come down there a couple of times ... (with soiled pants ;) ) but not an issue for traction.

It is a great rack .. and one of a kind in AU I believe. Crump, hows the plywood floor looking these days ... ?

Lost a bit of paint, but still sound, have been thinking about replacing it with some sort of catwalk type mesh, but its not a high priority, plenty of trips left in it yet.:D
