A strange thing happened in the car park yesterday

Yesterday my wife had to go to the dentist. I opted to stay in the Defender which I had parked in a public car park. During my wait a Mercedes arrived with an elderly couple in it and was parked very badly beside me. The woman got out and exited the car park. Then the driver got out. He was elderly, very well dressed and smoking a pipe. He approached the Defender so I put the window down. I thought he was going to ask me to park the Merc correctly.He informed that he was going to pee behind my Land Rover as at his age it was a frequent occurance. So he disappeared behind the Defender and emerged little while later adjusting his fly and headed out of the car park.

I hope his peeing abilities surpass his parking abilities. Has your Defender been rustproofed? With luck, he missed it on both fronts.

Is this why the paint seems to wear on the rear crossmembers of defender? All of the old dude wee?!?

I was at the Hyperdome car park sitting in the van doing some paperwork,for half an hour while new screen was fitted to my phone.

I noticed of the six or so that pulled up in the parents with prams park,not one of them took a pram out of their vehicle.

But I didn’t see anyone having a pee.[biggrin]

Personally I would have told the old bugger to Sod off and pee behind his own car.
Maybe he considered that Merc's are not worth ****ing on[biggrin]
