I'm now depending on my solar system ( I have seperate batteries) to run my 2x camping fridges as freezers- thanks Coronavirus.
One array is well down on its output, so I have had to go on to 240v until I find the cause.
Could these fractures in most, but not all, panels be the reason? I was hoping it to be a corroded or loose connection.

Doesn’t look good...what caused them? I’m no expert on anything but I suspect if wires are broken internally that may well be the problem.

Does not look good - I assume the cracks are in the silicon, not the glass. I have never seen anything like that.

Crows feet
See them a fair bit in the cheaper panels
It’s the actual cell cracking, therefore going open circuit
From what I’ve been told the glass heats up quicker than the cell, with expansion and contraction something has to give
If its got a quality bonding agent it’s not so susceptible
New panel recommended ☹️
