Poor bugger. My heart goes out to kim Yeah right.
His condition is not surprising seeing how he boasted that he has caves/coolrooms full of rich French cheeses as well as a lot of other stuff that isn't recognised as being heart healthy.
This wasn't long after he & trumpy became good mates.
One wonders whether the Chinese Specialist flown in to see him were really Surgeons or a Mortician Group.
Yet again we are listening to a country usually bound by secrets so I doubt we can believe them.
Any likeness you may see on TV may be a Cardboard cut out look a like just to fool the people of North & South Korea.

In the event of his demise apparently his Missus&/or his sister will take over & run the country. Just until some one else pushes her aside. Then again she might bring the country out of the darkness. We can only hope.
EDIT. Heavy drinker & overweight to buggery acc. to reports. Not a good look if he wants to outlive his enemies, always assuming they are not fat bastids as well.
