I thought it was a 4BD1 at first! One of these would be great for camping! :eek2::eek2::eek2:

With more practice they just need to spool the turbo before closing the hatch.
As it was it was like a backyard TD42 tune. Just grind the fuel pin and wind the fuel screw flat out.
Then wait for boost to come on.
Once it got spooling and shooting flames it was burning pretty clean.

My mate and I sort of used to have a waste oil furnace.
We poured sump oil into a pot belly and hit it with a leaf blower.
That’s the same isn’t it.

Fire pits might be trendy but may not be legal to use in your backyard - ABC News (https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-04-30/crackdown-on-fire-pits-in-brisbane/12200566)
"Fire pits are illegal in Brisbane City Council backyards unless being used for cooking foodCooler weather and people staying at home has led to an increase in fire pit use
Each council has different bylaws on fire pits"
Unfortunately cooking marshmallows doesn't count as food.

It looks like in NSW you're not allowed to have your firepit inside the house. :lol2:
