Somebody posted this on another forum.. looks to be the install instructions for the winch mounting kit. (excluding winch).

Looks like a lot of work just to install a winch
I wonder if ARB or the likes are designing a winch bar
Don’t these Defenders have a “winch on every wheel” or was that just the td5

Thanks for the link. Makes it pretty obvious that LR expects this to be a low-volume option. Also explains why the extra front bumper bits aren’t available as a configurable option on the Defender web site – they’re part of the winch mounting kit.

I love the bit where fitting the winch to a vehicle with coil suspension requires *replacing the front coils with new ones* !
Lucky for me I’m a big fan of air suspension.
