Hi All,
I've been reading all the threads on the various clutch options with the holden conversions as I'm about to replace mine as part of a general overhaul, I don't know exactly which one I have yet as I haven't got the engine out. I'm interested in the the idea that Diana (Lotz-a-landies) has posted many times about taking the guts of a LR clutch cover (borg & beck type) and putting it into a TE20 ferguson housing, which she says gives a better clutch pedal feel than the holden diaphragm type clutch. My question is: this would mean a 9" clutch, so is there a real advantage to the 9.5" clutch in a SWB?
I'm working on the assumption I have a standard holden red flywheel running a holden clutch cover and a land rover plate. But as I say, I don't know for sure yet.
Cheers,
Adam
