There are plenty on evilbay for Euro vehicles that use bolts hold on the wheels but not for studs, e.g.,

Lifting a wheel back on and aligning it is becoming really difficult for me. I bought a wheel lift with rollers that was supposed to be able to lift 50kg but it bent under the weight of the L322 20" wheel.
