roof channel

Hi guys,
does anyone have hints/advice on how to remove the plastic covers running the length of the roof in the two channels?

nevermind.... just get a bit more violent than I would like, close eyes as the cracking sounds pop from the clips finally letting go. And nothing broke

I need some clips. One end of one of my channel cover is not quite home.

they are funky looking clips, i would think it would be a dealer only. If you have a problem just at one end you should be able to move one from the center, it has heaps under there.
