Has anyone fitted up a light bar or UHF on a 405? Id like to fit up bar behind the grill or under the bumper..dont want to spoil that front end! Cheers in advance

Yes - Autospark in Osborne Park in WA have done LED in grille; and a UK guy has mounted behind grille very effectively- go to fullfatrr UK site to see it.
A few of us have done UHF installs; below is a photo of best microphone set up I’ve seen; windscreen aerial is easiest; at least one member is looking at making some bonnet mounted ones.

Thanks mate, never even considered a windscreen mount..that could be the go..Cheers

Autospark did a UHF antenna mount through the front grill and UHF radio install for my 2013 L405. There is only the microphone plug visible in the car unless the mike is plugged in.

Did not have time to take photos but i saw one in the Wallan outbound servo with a very neat light bar installation in the lower part of the bumper.
It was big and looked to be curved.

But you have to be in Perth for the antenna mount unfortunately....

Interesting- I wonder how they supported it.
