Door lock not unlocking

G'day, one for the brains trust, the rear passenger door lock more times than not when you unlock the car it will not unlock the rear passenger door. I have taken the door card off and had a play around, ever if you lift it manually it will not unlock. The only way to get it to unlock is with the inside door handle which is the furthest from the driver.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I had that issue on my drivers side rear door. I did what you did and pull off the door trim and checked the connector and found nothing wrong.

A battery disconnect and reboot sorted mine out.
