Does anyone else have the issue where you finish a trip and want to switch the call back to the phone from LR Bluetooth and the car refuses to release the call? It’s infuriating to say the least. There I am outside a locked car trying to get it to switch back while I hear the caller still inside the vehicle. I have to hang up and call back to get it to drop it. Maybe it’s an Apple thing - I’m normally trying to get it to switch from the car Bluetooth to my airpods. I’m sure it doesn’t go to the phone either though. [emoji2369]

I just switch on the phone before I climb out

With AirPods just click them and it will jump across before shutting down/leaving the vehicle.

Yeah for whatever reason my car refuses to do it. I click them repeatedly and the car keep taking back the call. As soon as I hang up, the airpods acknowledge I wanted them and engage. I thought it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Two things to try;
take it off speaker phone
turn bluetooth off.

True. Killing Bluetooth would work.

must be an apple thing...

my andriod has an icon on the call screen that lets me pick if I want blue tooth and in the event that Im in the yard and everyones got their car radio on Ive left the bike helmet on and my ear gear is on which bluetooth I want to send the call to or if I want to take it with the phone itself.

It remembers the last one it paired to and has a priority listing...

when I want to exit a bluetooth I just touch the icon on the screen or if the bluetooth unit disconnects mid call it just drops back the the phone.

I've got an apple and I have the choice of phone, speaker, Land Rover. If I want to sit in the car and finish the conversation on hands free, I can turn off the engine and keep talking. If I want to leave the car, I just select phone and away it goes. It seems to work perfectly. Unless I'm missing something.

Same on my Android G9, no issues
