3.6 TDV8 DPF sensor 3 bank 1 ?

Hi guys. i need some help to help a friend with a 2008 3.6 TDV8, after i digged in the WSM and diagrams and everything i cant figure out which sensor it's about,
the code is P242D-00 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit High Bank 1 Sensor 3 - Diesel particulate filter temperature sensor circuit....

i found the layout so can anyone tell me please which sensor is nr 3 according to the numbers in the pic ? or at least which is ''bank 1" to try to eliminate some

Australian Spec L322's don't have a DPF ! Is the car a imported vehicle ?

Sorry, i didnt know there is no DPF in Australia[bigsad] ... the vehicle is in Europe.
