2015/2016 disco sport si4

Hey all, looking to buy a 2015/16 disco sport si4
4cyl turbo petrol. Bad idea? Ive been told electrics play up a lot...
Any major faults with this type of 4cyl? (Ecoboost from Ford if I am not mistaken)

It's for the missus as a city SUV, so no off-roading

I think it was the last of the FL2s that had the Ford ecoboost engine (the FL2s are possibly the most reliable LR ever - in recent JD Power kind of world anyway). The entire thing is made off a modified Ford platform, shared with Volvo and possibly more ex-Ford brands, so knowledge of them isn't just limited to LR garages etc.
Might be worth looking at one of those too perhaps?
The Discos Sports have an Ingenium LR engine as far as I know.
