Just ordered some malted wheat so will brew a German wheat beer on the weekend.

50% Pilsner malt
50% wheat malt
Hallertau hops
WB06 German Weissbier yeast.

Day 5 of fermentation and i'm getting that lovely banana aroma that Hefeweizen's are known for.
