12s plug Pin 2

Hi guys

Does anyone use pin 2 on the 12S plug? It's supposed to be ignition switched power, I'm trying to use it to turn on my bluetooth brake controller, but doesn't seem to be working. I can use Pin 6, but I was hopin to use tat for something else.

It doesn’t look like pin 2 is used on a D4.

If it is a Redarc electric brake unit. Recommended install is direct to battery with its own circuit breaker. Also larger size wiring will give better performance of caravan/trailer brakes.
