nanocom

Does anybody know if or where I can get my nanocom reprogrammed or whatever needs to be done to make it work again . The 2 programs that I have in it have locked me out and I cannot restart them ,I have the key code but it wont accept them . I have contacted Black Box Solutions and they were very helpful and helped me download the latest version of the software but still could not get it to work so they said it would have to go back to BBS which I have no problems with , however there is no mail service to Cyprus at the moment and no indication when it will start again .

You might have to FedEx (or similar) it to Cyprus if there is no mail service.

I have managed to get my nanocom working again as an engine light appeared on the Missus freelander 2 and something had to be done ! I unpacked it from its box and tried it again ,same thing function locked . I tried to access my nanocom account and could not so after a couple of emails to BBS that was sorted out ,They are very helpful . I reloaded the latest software and the unlock code screen came up as it should and after a couple of attempts and reading the instructions carefully it worked . Cleared faults on the FL2 now the Missus is happy and life is easy once again
