Hello All,

Has anyone come across a 90 degree cut off wheel tool that is battery operated? The majority of these tools that I found during online searches are pneumatic. I found one 125 mm Makita tool operated through mains power for nearly $800. This is just a tad pricey for me!

No, I am not describing a die grinder with a cut off wheel attached - most of these do not come with a fitted safety guard for the blade.

Kind regards
Lionel

Hello All,

After changing the keywords I did find a cordless "Cut-Off" tool made by Milwaukee 2522-20 for $261.00

I was after something that has around a 125 Millimetre blade - the Milwaukee comes in at only 76 mm, Skin Only and I do not have any of their batteries

Are there any other ones that people have come across - for around the same amount as the Milwaukee version? However with a 125 mm blade?

Kind regards
Lionel

If you've got batteries of a different make, you can get adapters to power the Milwaukee with say, a Makita or Ryobi or almost any other battery
