Hello, as per the heading I have a fuel cooler leaking coolant. I have the two rubber O rings.
Can i do it on the car or does it need to come off?
How hard is it to do?

You can do it while still on the car, pretty easy. Just need to drain the coolant to below to cooler level then undo the clamps at either end of it, remove the plug things and replace the o rings and clamps.
Metal skewer and tweezers are good for removing the old ones.
If you look on the internet you can find some kits with new orings and clamps.

I dont see why not aslong as they can clamp hard enough and are correct size, admittedly i just purchased a kit.

Takes ten minutes if to remove with a flex joint socket . 10 mil from memory. Also there is room for two o rings on each end. I used two and no leaks 2 years later. you may find its easier to do removed as you have plenty of room to maneuver. My opinion for what its worth.
