Drivers door not opening

Hi All,

Have a problem with my RRS where the drivers door lock won't open (either with remote or button in the car). Is this something anyone has come across before? I am assuming it is a wiring issue or failed solenoid or something. Is there anyway of removing the door card or manually releasing the door? Or any other suggestions of things to try?

It's possible the cable may have come loose or the door lock mechanism is not working. Have a look at this from PowerfulUK on how to remove the door card:
