Hey all,
Thought I'd throw up some pictures of my rock sliders I made up for my 2012 defender 90
Main section is made from 50x50x2.5 steel RHS, and the tube was inch and 3/4 Dom tubing. Bent the tube in my tube bender to give it some profile.
The Dom tubing that was used for the rear mount had a light skim down the outside in the lathe and milled a slot down one side to allow for the seam inside the body Outrigger.
Bit of 6mm plate as the front bracket that bolts to the chassis bolt.
Painted them with tubliner paint came out really nice from the spray gun.
Have already saved my door from a tree so well worth the money.
