Hey all,

Found this site whilst browsing:

Geez kids of this day and age have a 'plethora' of things to keep them happy/to play with.......................

(What ever happened to the plain old: Spinning Tops, Tonka Trucks and sand pits and cubby houses in trees?!?!) - ok then, can you tell i was born in the early 70's? - lol :D

That is why if I ever have kids they will be getting buggerall in the way of toys.

G'day Knight :)

They wouldn't be cheap  but a whole lot safer than a "PeeWee 80" with a lot less chance of having to sit in Casualty waiting for broken arms 7 legs to be reset

Brilliant!!:D

Love it love it love it ;)

Now just need to find someone closer to home than portugal capable of doing something like this... and a touch more authentic like 4wd and maybe low range :D

Oh oh oh... while you're at it... how about a rangy replica rockcrawler running say 31's on something that size :D:D:lol:

Now just have to have a kid... the missus will be happy when i tell her :p

Hi Guys
I have a set of plans from the UK,my Bro made the boy one,its a wreck now as the ply rotted in the rain/sun.
My bro tried making it 5 speed using bike gear it was too hard to pedal and the POWER kept shearing the tek screws he had holhing the rims to the axles.
In the end I welded the rims to the axle.
Lindsay had a ball with it on the farm,it was basically used as a billy cart on the driveway hill.Went best with 3 kids piled in.
If anybody wants a set of plans to build one for their tin lid PM me.
Bear in mind there are copiedrite rules to worry about:eek:
